Children’s Privacy

WPPIM – WP PI Media is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Family and children’s event information is provided for parents, guardians and other adults who are planning activities.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should not create an account, enter a giveaway, submit an event or business listing, subscribe to communications, or send us their name, email address, precise location, photograph, video, voice recording or other personal information.

Giveaways and transactions are intended for adults aged 18 or older unless a particular offer clearly states different eligibility terms and includes any legally required parental process.

If we learn that personal information was submitted by a child under 13 without legally valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us at parorrey@yahoo.com. Please identify the relevant page or submission without including additional information about the child.

We do not use personal information known to relate to a child under 13 for behavioural advertising or remarketing. Where a page or service is specifically treated as child-directed, we will apply the appropriate age-restricted advertising treatment and additional safeguards.
