Yes. The free plugin provides testimonial administration, categories, saved display presets, Gutenberg block support, import/export, all four responsive layouts (grid, list, masonry and carousel), nine carousel transition effects, star ratings, Read More behaviour and a zero-dependency native animation system. Pro adds advanced business workflows — not basic display features.
Does Pro replace the free plugin?
No. PI Testimonials Pro is a separate add-on that installs alongside the free plugin. It extends the same settings interface and uses the same testimonial content, so upgrading does not require migration or rebuilding your content structure.
Can I collect video and audio testimonials?
Yes, with Pro. Your collection form can include a video URL field and photo upload. Once submitted, Pro gives video testimonials their own workflow — poster image, accessible lightbox, responsive card presentation, analytics tracking and media lifecycle cleanup. Audio testimonials get a native accessible player that retains the author photo, rating and metadata.
Can customers submit their own testimonials directly?
Yes, with Pro. The visual form builder lets you publish a submission form with configurable fields including name, email, role, company, star rating, testimonial text, consent checkbox, author photo and video URL. All submissions enter a moderation queue — nothing publishes without your approval.
Which licence should I choose?

Does the plugin load assets from a CDN?
